Marty and Amy have a partnership with Supper Thyme USA, a national meal preparation kitchen which specializes in homemade meals for busy families. They helped Supper Thyme develop the 3-a-Day Fast Track menu, which is geared towards people that want to lose weight while eating fresh, healthy and convenient.

Join Amy and Marty every Tues/Thurs at 7:00 p.m. for a full body workout! The bootcamp is ongoing, so you don't need to wait for a session to join.
